We’re looking for an Associate Co-Director to join Chol at an exciting moment in the organisation’s development.
This is a unique opportunity to combine creative practice with leadership development, helping shape the future of an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation whilst working directly with children, young people and communities.
The Associate Co-Director role is a paid leadership pathway within the Chol-Operative – Chol’s evolving collaborative leadership model.
We believe leadership should be more accessible, transparent and collaborative. This role has been created to support emerging leaders to develop experience in organisational leadership, programme development and strategic thinking within a supportive and values-led organisation. Hours: 24 hours per week (3 days)
Salary: £27,300 FTE (pro rata)
Contract: 1 year fixed term (with intention to extend subject to funding)
Location: Kirklees with flexible working
