We’re thrilled to be hosting another summer of fabulous, fun, and free drop-in sessions for children, young people, and their families at various locations around Kirklees. Our trusty Cholavan will be bringing Maker World Summer Camps to different green spaces across North and South Kirklees, offering a variety of arts, crafts, drama, music, and dance activities.
What’s happening?
Our workshops are all about sparking imagination and unlocking creativity. With a programme ranging from games, drama, and storytelling to den building, mask making, and music, there will be something for everyone. With professional artists on hand, young people and their families will have the chance to create immersive worlds, engage in teamwork, and express themselves through playful activities. Plus, we are giving away healthy snack packs for everyone to take home!
Why should you join us?
Our drop-in sessions are a space where children and their families can enjoy each other’s company while taking part in free, joyful, and story-driven activities. This is a chance to take part in creative arts, meet new people, and have loads of fun – all for free! By making arts activities accessible, we aim to bring the community together, celebrating the diversity and creativity of Kirklees.
