We work in everyday community and educational spaces

Our approach is simple; we do things with people, not for them. We work alongside communities, schools and young people to co-create stories rooted in local life and heritage. We reflect, learn and share as we go, nurturing creativity and the next generation of change makers.

Guided by our vision, mission and values, and through the four cornerstones of our work, these are the areas where we focus our energy and creativity:

Strive is our ongoing commitment to anti-racism and equity. It underpins everything we do – shaping our decisions, our partnerships and our practice, as we work towards a fairer, more inclusive arts sector.

We care about how we make our work. We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact, making thoughtful choices and creating in ways that respect and protect people and the planet.
